　　The Institute for Scientists and Engineer Educators (ISEE) is working with the Thirty Meter Telescope International Observatory (TIO) community to design a prototype international internship program that would provide a unique opportunity for training tomorrow’s scientific and technological leaders, while also cultivating productive international partnerships. The goals in the design phase of this project include developing a collaborative structure across the TIO partnership to construct a conceptual design for a program that will be useful to all of the TIO partners and meet their needs and expectations for an international TIO workforce development program. This talk is aimed at stimulating interest and input from TIO partners in China.
